hi.. i have a question regarding the re-application/ repeat examination form..

what does the question : LAST EXAM APPLIED FOR: month : year:

differ from LAST EXAM TAKEN: month : year: ??

this is my second take..

please anyone who can enlighten me on this.. big help.. thanks...:bugeyes:

i think they are the same.thats what i did.they both have the same date
