  1. ok everything is clear now.. thank you for your answers!!!
  2. hi suzzane! thank you for replying.. ok.. so il the fill-out the paper forms, and send it the same time with the other requirements.. and il put california in the location where i passed the exam rather than the philippines, and i will answer no, since i still don't have my license due to lack of ssn.. i hope im correct.. i really don't want to commit any typographical errors on my forms. however, on the experience area, il be having my ER nurse residency program, its a six months program starting next month (february), do i have the option of writing .5 year/s of experience or id rather put 0 year?? it sounds a little unusual or uncommon to write .5, but il be considering it as a work experience..
  3. hi.. i'm filling-out my visascreen application form online.. and i'm having problems with the following items: item 1: work experience in a country/state? how many years? (0-99) what profession? > i do not have any work experience at all, these are required fields, and i cant continue with the rest of the application without filling-out these blanks. item 2: date/location where you passed the exam? > these would mean my test center right? for my case, makati, Philippines, not the state that i applied for.. Did passing of this exam lead to a license being issued in the same state/province and country? Yes /No > that would be no right? cause i took the exam in the philippines and i don't have ss# yet.am i correct? and somebody please tell what to write in the work experience item.. thank you in advance guys!
  4. thanks for the replies..uhmm..i finally decided.. i chose AFP! its because its a 1300bedcapacity tertiary hospital, and it offers 6mos specialty unit training, mine was either er or micu..plus there screening process was so comprehensive, thre was a total of 2000 who took the screening exam, and they only got the 95 with the passing score.. thanks for the replies.. =)
  5. Hi please help me decide on this: i have two upcoming trainings, i have to choose what to attend: AFP Med center (vluna hospital) for 6 MONTHS as a NURSE TRAINEE (No compensation) Free Training (no fee) > after 6mos > no employment possibility > pure training only or NKTI > 4 MONTHS as a NURSE TRAINEE (No compensation) Php 7,500 trainig fee > possible for employment after training please help me decide. i need it right now. thank you.

  12. hi im goin to take my nclex-rn on friday, sept19.. and finally ive completed kaplan trainer.. here are my scores: test1 > 61% test2 > 68% test3 > 73% test4 > 69% test5 > 67% test6 > 68% test7 > 59% im freakin out!!! waah!! i feel like my grades are too low.. epecially my test 7.. oh my!!! does anyone know what my scores mean??
  13. hi!! im taking mine on september 19th!!!!! im nearing the end of my review... just wondering, what have you guys done 1week before your exam?? :)
  14. dont feel too bad.. i had the same experience too, reached 265 questions and failed.. im planning to retake this coming september.. i was so devastated! i think what got you is your anxiety that made you distracted and out-of-focus.. rest for a while then start again.. concentrate on your weak points and sharpen strong ones..good luck :typing
  15. thanks to all who replied.. im just relaxing and finishing practices, difficult ones.. with ielts, the most important think is is to learn to focus and avoid distractions (during the test), that would be really helpful for the listening and reading.. practice is very important! thanks to every one!!!
