  1. Sorry to hear that you failed. I took my test on Monday with 265 and failed too. I know how it feels. I feel like i'm in a big hole but the only thing that i can do to get myself out of it is by taking a quick break, forget about the past loss, hit the books AGAIN, and most important surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Along time ago when i was in the NYC Police Acadamy, we had to run 2 1/2 miles a day in the gym, i was not a runner at all and had a difficult time with it. It did not look good to show any weaknesses especially if you were a girl. Anyway, there was a big sign above the gym door and it said " I can't means I woun't" and it helped me to motivate myself and succed. It's been 20 years or so later and when i have a hard time with accomplishing something, i think about that sign and it keeps me motivated. I hope my little story helped. WE WILL PASS.
  2. Thanx for all the encouragment. I will hit the books again this week and i will look into Suzannes plan. I have come too far to just give up.
  3. I took the test yesterday morning with 265 questions:banghead: I just found out this morning that i FAILED. Besides feeling like a LOSER, i feel unsure on how to handle my second time around. I took the Kaplan live class. I did all the question trainers and all of the qbank. My grades were up and down. Everyday i did about 75-100 questions . I also reviewed the book i recieved with Kaplan. What in the world did i do wrong? I am unsure about what to do with Kaplan now. They told me that i have 2 options which are to either retake the Kaplan or get my money back. I plan to retake the test in 45 days. So what do you guys reccomend? I do feel that the Kaplan style questions were very similar to NCLEX questions. My plan is to take a break for a day or two and then hit the books and do questions again. If anyone has any good suggestions for the second time around i would appreciate it. I want the next time to be the last time.
  4. Help! I graduated on May 5th and I am studying for the test. My school told us that we would be getting A FEW sata questions. My eyes are popping out of my head when i am reading that some people are getting up to 30 of them. I am HORRIBLE with those type of questions. They are my weakness and i am worried sick. Throughout the 2 long miserable years, my school never prepared us for them. Does anybody out there have ideas on how to tackle these questions? I will be starting the Kaplan live class on Tuesday. Does anybody know if they help you out with SATA questions?
