I'm excited and determined to tackle my prerequisites. I had joked that I'd need to start at eighth grade math but no! More like sixth grade math! At least I can build a solid foundation this way. But, gosh, do I have a long way to go........How are you all doing with your prerequisites?

I finished my pre-requisites in 1975, but math was my own special hell. And then I went to graduate school in the late 1980s, and for some reason it just "clicked" this time around. I aced the math pre-requisites and statistics and even helped to write a solutions manual for a statistics text book. I won't say that I know for sure what was different that time around, but the square root of 4 doesn't change no matter how awfully your abusive ex-husband behaves! Math was rather soothing at times -- the answers were THE answers.
