Hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone had any information on where I can get malpractice insurance for a correctional LVN. I looked into NSO and they do not offer insurance to nurses who work in a correctional facility. Thanks in advance

After all, jails, prisons, and other correctional facilities are owned and operated by city, state, county, and federal governments. Any entity owned by the State is often seen as a deep pocket stuffed with money; therefore, prisons are sued regularly.
