anybody please help me. If I am eligible to take the CRNE in British Columbia, will they be the one to look for an employer to sponsor my VISA ? If not, may I know where you guys got your employers. please help.

You need to find your own employer, just contact hospitals in BC or in the area of BC that you want to live.

To answer the question... It is up to the individual to find someone to help with visa applications. CRNBC has no mandate to do that, nor should they. Their mandate is to license qualified nurses so that they can work in BC, not to assist with immigration, find employment or anything else. Sorry.
