Hey Big B, It's prob. TPAPN working for the BON. When I got the packet from TPAPN, there were 3rd party consents that were required from everyone involved in my world. I needed to sign consents from the hospital I worked, any and all doctors I used, my dentist, the therapists at the IOP program I had to attend, any pharmacy I used ... I felt like the even wanted to know where I bought my underwear! I just went with the flow, signed the forms and sent them in. To my knowledge they never contacted anyone except my clinical manager, mostly to see if I was playing by the rules of the stipulations etc. They were also very interested in the clinical diagnosis of the IOP program I went too. Once all the forms were in, stipulations in place and I was back at work, then I did my best to stay off the radar.... I did my work .... caused no problems for myself .... Hope that helps alittle..... Peace

I was notified by TPAPN today that a third party referral was reporte regarding my practice. They sent me a consent form them to communicate with the board. I know I was reported to the board months ago, but havent heard from them. Wonder if he board made the third party referral? Any insight?
