Hello! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who is applying for the RN program at Riverside City College for Fall 2019! Let's all chat! :)

Oh well...here's to hoping for some positive feedback for the ADN option.
"The general education GPA for first semester applicants will be calculated using one course from each of these 6 areas plus Psychology 9 & CHE-2A or 3."
This is the quote I found on RCC's website the made me realize I was calculating my points for my GPA. Don't freak out yet! I was super bummed I didn't get in last semester, but it was almost a blessing in disguise since I got into the CEP program instead.
Just now, futurernmelne said:yeah that's pretty annoying tbh lol. I know they send rejection emails for the ADN. But it would just be nice to hear that we weren't accepted for the CEP, so we're not waiting around.
Maybe they just sent out denials for those that just applied to the CEP portion and not both.
Just now, FutureRN97 said:But they’ve sent out all acceptances for cep and no denial letters. Because plenty of people haven’t received anything.
Maybe they're waiting to send out denial letters until after they send out all the acceptances to the ADN program? So people don't get confused and think they didn't get in at all?

S said that they have sent out some acceptances, but are still working on sending more out through the first week of April. He confirmed that all the CEP acceptances have already gone out.
kind of bummed about that...I was hoping to get at least an alternate spot.
So he said that he has started to send out emails for the 2 year option as well?
