  1. Yea its honestly better to hear it now, instead of going to bootcamp not knowing.
  2. For us as veggir65 said we added cal state Fullerton as well as rcc to our fasfa. Then fullerton took care of our full time status and all of our financial aid. But we still got bog waiver for the community portion to pay for the classes at RCC for those who qualified.
  3. For everything that was bought before the semester which was books, uniform, skills bag and other things I needed for school it was around 1800.
  4. The biggest pay out for most of us was for books. But bog covered all my class fees and If I believe depending on how much you get from fafsa it should cover the tuition. But most people did take the loans to help. If I had taken out just the fafsa I would of been fine for tuition from Fullerton, it would of been tight but good still.
  5. Days might change for the incoming semester but we were there 5 days a week from basically the first 9 weeks. There were like two thursdays and mondays we had off after week 6. But the scheduling is weird and our Fullerton class is on fridays. Also extra time is put in depending on if your I involved in SON or riverside free clinic. I really only have had like 5 thursdays off that I have taken since the start of the semester. That's for cep and were are basically there most days from 7 am till about 5 depending on the day. Adn was basically the same honestly because while we had our Fullerton class fridays they had clinicals on fridays instead. But they got some Tuesday mornings off once we started clinicals, but still had to come in for seminar by 2.
  6. Yea I hated the wait but from what I understand rcc just gets so many more applicants than any other ADN program I’ve applied to. Also that while you guys are waiting for acceptance S still deals with everyone in the nursing program with registration difficulties for next semester etc and a lot of other things I’ve noticed just from observation the last couple of weeks. Doesn’t help that J is on leave atm too.l
  7. They have it honestly as 40 cep and 40 ADN but they probably give themselves a gap for extras just in case something happens. But each clinical instructor only gets 10 students and we have 8 clinical instructors split between us all. But only 4 teach us regularly as full time faculty if that helps make sense.
  8. Hey guys I’m currently in the cep program and just saw that this thread had been started. If you guys do have any questions can message me on here if needed about the complio process and how financial aid worked for us for Fullerton at least. I’ll try to answer or give my email via private message for those who would like. But we’re going into our final weeks so will be hectic. Just to go off Nikern to let it be known that we have only had 6 people drop from the cep cohort. Also that with the fall 2019 group we got a whole new curriculum so somethings were a trial at times. But no program can be perfect, I’ve come to learn that with rcc. Some things you don’t like and some things are great, but I think that can happen with any program.
  9. Awesome it's really nice honestly to be able to talk to each other.
  10. I mean I don't mind regular ADN students joining, because we are all in this together. I don't think the others will mind either, it seems like many of us have friends who were accepted into the ADN portion anyways. Plus some of us CEP have done things that you guys might have questions for that can be answered faster than being on here. The CEP students just have to take one extra class compared to you guys.
  11. It is at the top of page 53 but this was the post also. Apr 29 by AirPierre 20 Likes; 148 Visitors; 16 Posts I wasn’t able to find my CWID either. I made a GroupMe for CEP students so we can keep each other updated on CSUF admissions and other requirements. Feel free to send this link along to others. https://groupme.com/join_group/49943534/7XRCYlYv
  12. For those of you who recently got accepted but didn't know we have a GroupMe that a good amount of us have been talking on. I think the link is a few pages back for those who are not on it.
  13. Yea do it asap because we already starting things with csuf too.
  14. I know I applied already to CSUF. But S sent them yesterday and some this morning I believe got it. Although he only sent all the GE certificates out for those who did not have a bachelors. So I'm assuming most are either finishing it today or this weekend.
  15. I think they realistically set their dates way too early most likely. Because previous semesters always found out in June I thought.
