I got accepted but I will be declining my spot for another program

I got in! And it’s my birthday LOL such great news to hear. I would love to attend MC but I most likely will be turning it down and going to MSJC just because it is closer to me.

Congrats! I checked my email and I got accepted too ?? I'm waiting on RCC though so I'm not sure if I will accept their offer yet.

I know my cousin who applied for last Spring 2020 didn’t get her notification until late November/early December. It was pretty late but that was also only for the ADN program. I think the CEP program heard back by early November.

Yeah MC is like an hour away from me but I really like the school, if it wasn't too far it would be my first choice. Thanks do you know how many people MiraCosta accepts?

I've heard how good MiraCosta's program is and it would be nice to move out there but I live closer to MSJC. I also applied to RCC and that's mainly my first choice.

Yes I was stressed with the TEAS because I was relying on getting those points and I did better than I expected.

I haven’t received mine either and I applied to both too but I might wait until Tuesday to do the same. I took my TEAS already and I think I have an 84.

When did you apply? I applied on the 11 but haven't heard back with a confirmation.

I know MSJC required it, but basically it's a step before submitting the application. You submit a transcript evaluation in order for the school to verify that the courses taken are equivalent to what their program requires and it's used to see if minimum grades are met. Then they invite you to apply, but not all ADN schools do that.
