Rady Children’s San Diego New Grad Fall 2021

I haven’t seen a forum for the October 2021 cohort for Rady Children’s RN new grad program. Has anyone received an invite for the skills survey post-interview and does anyone know when references have to submit their surveys by? Thank you!

I actually found a roommate from a facebook page called "San Diego Apartments/Rooms/Houses for Rent/Sale". Best of luck with the roommate search & looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hi everyone, I applied for Rady Children's nurse residency program during October when their applications opened up again. My application status still says "submitted" since last week. For those that got interviews, did you application status ever change online? Just wondering how frequently to check my application status.

For anyone who got the job, or has done a new grad at Rady's, (first congrats!!), but also how long was the actual orientation part of the program? Ie. How long/ many shifts were you actually shadowing a preceptor?

I was wondering what the starting salary is for new grads? I am applying for the Summer 2022 cohort and they ask you to put your "salaray expections" in the application and I have no idea what to put and cant find average salaries very easily?
