Has anyone declined their offer? And/or has anyone heard any more updates today?

Hi all! Submitted my app for this new grad at the beginning of April and heard back last week that I got an interview for their CTICU! Just creating a form for people to chat about this new grad program because I hadn't seen one yet for this cohort. Good luck to everyone in the application process!

Hi! I got an email for an interview for RR PICU on the 4th, and my interview is going to be on 5/23. And I am an external applicant.

The hourly pay is $30.10, for first 12wks of orientation, then you become a CNI (after 12wk orientation) and get $32.09/ hour for the rest of the year until you become a CNII and it goes up a bit more, but not sure how much more. There were also differentials for night, weekends, and holidays but I don't remember what those were exactly

Wondering if the cohort will start at the same time still? June 20th seems a bit too soon after all of this...

Are second interviews in person?

To be specific and transparent I'm looking to compare salaries in San Diego, San Francisco/ Bay Area, LA, Denver, and Seattle for new graduate RNs, if anyone has any leads on any of those places! ?

I asked and they said you should hear by this Friday (I think?) up until April 29th.

Hi! Would you mind letting us know if the interview was mostly behavioral questions, and like why CHCO, and tell me about yourself stuff? Was there anything else or any other tips you have? Also, is there a second interview? Thank you for whatever input you have!!

Hi all! Wondering if anyone has any helpful tips/ links for how to find New Grad Salaries for each hospital. Because not all positions post their salary and looking on the Glassdoor/ Indeed sites can be a bit misleading when you're trying to filter for just "new grad" jobs. Wish employers would just be more open about their pay rate because every hospital does seem to vary a good deal based on location, but what can you do. Any and all tips and/ or links to websites would be extremely helpful! I am mostly looking in California, but any info would be great! Thanks in advance!

I also got an interview notification on Friday for their Cardiac Progressive Care Unit! No date yet, they just said it would be within the week of the 18th.
