"On hold" pop-up

I also got the 'on hold' popup last week after 75 questions and it drove me absolutely nuts. I recommend calling Pearson Vue and inquiring about the hold. It can be put in place for many different reasons; palm scanner problems, taking the test too fast, etc. I called them a few different times before the 48 hours and they wouldn't give me a reason for the hold. Exactly 50 hours after my exam, I logged into Pearson Vue and noticed that my quick results were available. Before I paid for the quick results I tried the trick and it gave me the good popup. I then paid and found out I passed. Try giving them a jingle-if anything, maybe it will push them along! Good luck to you! Sending positive vibes your way! :up:

I think it was the palm scanner coz the TA made me do it over & over til the system recognized it. Is the pearsonvue customer service available for 24H? I think it's too late to call now if it's not. & I rechecked my pvt it was the same hold on pop-up.

Thanks! I'll ring em up first thing tomorrow if I still don't get my quick results tonight. I just find comfort in the fact that I haven't been directed to the CC page yet. :confused:

Try your very hardest to BELIEVE in yourself. Although, I know first-hand how tough that can be when you get the 'on hold' popup. I swear I was on the Pearson Vue website every 10 minutes-I even woke up in the middle of the night and checked :roflmao: LOL

Yes, I feel a bit better than I did the 1st time I got the on hold pop up. I checked about 3x an hour or so & I didn't get to sleep well at all. Thank you so much for the encouragement, I think I'll sleep better tonight.

After 72 hrs finally the "on hold" pop-up has been lifted & I now I got the good pop-up! I believed I would pass, thank you so much for your words of encouragement! woot!!
