I am interviewing for a per-op training program, in a general, inpt or.... can I assume this means working holidays regularly? (as opposed to no holiday, no call, no weekend day surgery?)
Thanks in advance...... I have an interview this week, but I want to know now.....lol

Only way to know is to ask your interviewer. Each facility does things their own way.
I mean, our facility, we only have to do one holiday a year, doesn't mean others do the same.

Definitely ask the recruiter or the manager, some facitlites have staff that work only weekends and holidays due to other commitments such as school, and you may have to cover only when the are on vacation.
Some ORs run 24/7, in the larger facilites that have trauma centers, some only work day shift then have on-call crews. The variety is endless.
Good luck with your interview.:)
