"Code Gray Certification"

Does anyone know what a Code Gray Certification is (found within a job posting for a hospital in Oregon). Who/where can this certification come from?

Yeah, for us code gray usually = dog pile on the rabbit with b-52 inbound.

In one hospital here, Code Gray meant that someone was having a stroke. It means absolutely nothing in the other hospital system I work in now.
