I submitted my Quinnipiac's ABSN application for Fall 2019 and wanted to create a thread to talk to others that have also applied.
My stats were all A's on my prereqs and a 3.8 undergrad GPA (my major was easy lol). BUT I know lots of people who had much lower and still got in. If you have any work or volunteer experience in a hospital that helps from what I've heard! And for fall semester, I had class Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for about 6 hours each day, and clinical on Saturdays 7:30-2:30 (which sucked but it was only for 2 months). So I had 3 days off a week which was really nice. Next semester I'll have 2 days off a week; 3 days of class and 2 days of clinical. The content is challenging but the workload is definitely manageable. Hope that helps a little!

Hi! I’m in the program right now. I got accepted while I was still taking my last prereq (a&p II). But many of my friends got accepted while they were still in their last year of undergrad. QU gave me $15,000 in financial aid for the whole program, but I know people who got even more, I think it’s dependent on income and not grades. If you have any more questions feel free to ask! Good luck!!
