Has anyone heard back as to whether they got accepted into the part time RN program at Quincy College for January 2014 - I am soo nervous - I only got a 71 % on the TEAS V exam but my GPA is about 3.85 - wondering if they take everything into consideration ???

I've heard letters won't be sent out until the end of the month. Good luck!

I also applied for the part time program with a 3.4 and a 74 on the tease test. There's only 32 spots for the part time program. Does anyone know how competitive the part time program is? Is the Full time program a better choice considering that there is more spots in there?
I don't know how many spots there are for the full time program, but I'm sure it is also competitive. The part time program is extremely competitive, so if you may want to consider not only applying to both cohorts but also to both campuses. In the past the lists were done separately, so following up on that may be worthwhile. Unfortunately they have changed the admissions process now so I don't know the specifics any longer.
Just an FYI, don't let the part time title fool you, it's not really part time, nor is it evening- more afternoon to evening, lol...
Feel free to pm me if you like. Good luck!
thanks!!
No problem! Let us know how it goes!

Thank! armywife80-are you currently in the p/t program? If so- could you kindly give me an idea of how the weekly schedule goes, starting with "Fundamentals of Client Care"? Trying to plan ahead as best as I can-got 3kids!
The part time schedule is lecture one night, usually Tuesday, from 4pm-9. To start, there are 2 labs from either 4-6 or 6-8, you get to pick. Then, a few weeks in you start at clinical from 230-1030 and drop one lab. Hope that helps! FYI, spring semester starts right after new years and fall semester starts after the 4th of July!
