I won't say none but my guess is VERY FEW. If your goal is CRNA school it would be unwise to not make the move to an ICU before you apply.
Has anyone been accepted/graduated from a program without ICU experience? Basically my question pertains to anyone who has ever been accepted with only ER experience. Do they look for only ICU/CCU? I know ER is considered critical care, but I was interested to see if anyone was accepted with only ER experience. Thanks.

I was a labor and delivery nurse for 4 years prior to school, no ICU.
There was a nice debate on this topic here:

I was ER/Trauma with no ICU. Fortunately, my first choice school accepted ER as critical care. 1st choice, 1 application, 1 interview, 1 acceptance, 1 year down and 1 to go.There are at least 6 people in my class who were ER only before admission.
Which school do you attend?
I plan to work at least a year part time in the ICU prior to applying even though i have ER experience. I feel I will be more prepared. :)
