Quezon City General Hospital

Published

hi. i would just like to ask if QC Gen. is accepting nurses for training or volunteer work. i'm from quezon city. i just finished my training in quirino memorial medical center last july, and i'm still waiting for their call because i enrolled in their special area training. i havent recieved a call from them yet. i would like to find a substitute hospital near my place, so that it'll be convenient for me. thanks and God bless to you. Good Vibes! =)

I decided to back out of QCGH application since I am still waiting for my results of my PGH application. Unfortunately this hospital is still on "backer system mode" as it was announced on the day when I took my exam that most of us there, had connections(announced by the proctor itself) and that even though we were already assured of a golden ticket, we should still do our best...noticed that some people answered the exam quite fast, as the exam took 30 minutes to complete and yet some of them were done in 15 minutes. I was surprised actually since I didnt have any connection, yet my name was scheduled to have an exam on that day. Anyhow, in the Philippines it is still who you know and not what you know that will get you in to a hospital.

me too. i don't have any backer. i passed the qcgh exam but i'm still waiting for my pgh apcn results. i'll check it on jan24. i'm pretty confident with my exam, as well as my gwa and board rating. i hope we get accepted in pgh.

i won't continue w/ the training at qcgh. i'm choosing another hospital.

I think you should've decided on that before. A lot of nurses are looking for a job and yet here you are who passed the exam but will not push through the training. One nurse could've been happier now because she deserves the slot.

true..

what i mean is...i passed both qcgh and pgh (apcn). i decided to train at pgh.

Happy are those who are working in a hospital.
