i know of several people who took the nclex twice---they failed the first time with 75 questions, then passed the second time with 75 questions.
keep in mind the number of questions has nothing to do with pass/fail....be more concerned with the quantity of higher level correct answers within the total number of questions you complete.
stay positive. you know you studied/prepared for the nclex the 2nd time around. do the pearsonvue trick...i'm sure you passed.

I took the Nclex in August without really putting much effort into studying, got 75 questions and failed. I just retook the test today and this time I studied with Kaplan and worked harder at preparing. I again got 75 questions! 2 math, 5 select all that apply, 1 where I had to drag the items and put them in order, a ton of med questions, and a lot of prioritizing questions. I am scared big time of failing again! Anyone take the nclex twice and failed both times with 75 questions?
