I have just been accepted into the Seton RN residency and can answer any questions you may have. I will also be creating a post throughout my experience in the residency. Ask away!
I don't think that not having any clinicals at Seton will hurt you, just make sure if you get an interview that you talk a lot about the experiences you did have where ever you had clinicals. That's great that you are going to the open house, I unfortunately cannot make that but I have heard both good and bad things about going to the open house. From what I have heard, definitely bring copies of your resume and try to get in through the crowds of people that may be in the nurse managers' faces!
I got the email that part one was done, and that I needed to apply to the positions I was interested in. I have done that, and am waiting to hear back about any interviews. I am from out of state also, so I can't go to the open house. All the positions I applied to say "Under review" under the status column on the site.

@jerseygirl1248 I think it just makes me nervous that I had no clinicals at Seton so I don't really have any contacts. I plan on going to the open house so hopefully that will help!
