Help! Im taking the Teas test in a few weeks but have a few questions. I studied the ATI manual, but need to know exactly what I should have memorized?

1. Is a calculator provided on the computer screen?

2. Do you have to know formulas for area, circumference, etc.

3. Do you have to memorize conversion factors? ALL OF THEM?? (Inches, feet, cup, quart, lb, ounce)????

I want to be as prepared as possible but if certain info is given I'd like to know!! THANKS :):bow:

I took the test (paper & pencil) in 2007 so I am not sure if things have changed, but...

1. You get scrap paper but no calculator.

2. I memorized the formulas because you can go so much faster that way.

3. I didn't memorize conversion factors except for measurement but I don't remember any questions regarding them, either.

Good luck!!!:yeah:

Let me know how it goes...I am taking the test in October and have been studying the manual too....those are good questions!:wink2:

Took the TEAS in 06 or 07 and it wasn't difficult at all...If you're good in reading and grammar, study more on math and science. I remember there being a few anatomy questions in the science section, but I don't remember to many conversion questions.

I stressed over the Teas, thought I did terribly, and passed with flying colors. The math was the most difficult part for me because math doesn't stay in my head unless I use it on a daily basis. Back before nursing school, balancing my checkbook was about the extent of my daily math usage. lol

The test reminded me of a GED or SAT test. It really isn't that difficult.
