Ola! Hey I had my HR interview and qualifying examination last week. The HR lady told us that they'll be calling those who passed the qualifying exam to go on to the next process but I haven't heard anything from them yet. Is there anybody here who underwent the same screening process as what I had?

Hi Ar En My friend had a retake of the clinical exam (written exam) on the 3rd week of August...but I don't have any updates other than that. I'm anxiously waiting for any updates from them. :redbeathe

And just to clear some things up, i'm a bit confused about your friend retaking the exam--you mean, it's possible to retake the exam if ever you failed? was he notified by the HR that he failed the exam and that he had to retake it?:) did you already inquire at the HR regarding the result of your hr interview and the exam? pardon for the loaded questions..:) thanx much!!!:)

-You're most welcome AR_EN. I didn't retake the exam. My friend was actually notified by the HR lady that he failed the exam and was summoned for a retake. Luckily he made it on the 2nd try. According to my friend I passed on my first try. I think you can call the HR department to inquire about the result of the test.

Unlike my other friend and I who are waiting for the clinical interview, he had already undergone the clinical interview. According to him, his clinical interview happened 2 months after his clinical exam.

Yes, the selecom interview is after the clinical interview. (or so they say)

If I'm not wrong, this is how the process goes: You pass your application at the city hall (that's what happened in my case. dont know if its true for others). Then they forward it to OSMAK. Then the HR department of OSMAK calls you for the exam and HR interview. HR then forwards your application and test/interview results to the nursing department. After a few months, you get called up for your clinical interview. If you pass the clinical interview, you go onto the selecom interview, then the psb. After you've passed all stages, you patiently wait for them to call you for a job offer.

Hi as far as I know the recruitment in OsMak has once again become dormant. We don't know for sure when they'll ramp in looking for new applicants again. My friend and I had the clinical exam last August and we never heard any updates since then. Just pass your requirements to the HR office at Makati City Hall.

After more than a year, I'm scheduled for PSB interview on friday, July 13, 2012. Can anybody help me or just give me an idea on the questions & how does the PSB goes?
