Questions about LPN-BSN programs

Hello everyone.

I have a question about LPN-BSN programs. I have read online on some websites that LPN-BSN programs offer you an Associates Degree in Nursing (RN) and your Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN), but can most programs only be taken online. Are there any schools that anyone knows of that offer an LPN-BSN program in Southern California where you can take classes at a campus?? If completing classes at a campus is not an option for most schools, how hard is taking the program online and how exactly does it work? If someone can please answer these questions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm moving to San Francisco from Texas in a month and am looking at going to Indiana State University online. I've had a hard time finding an on campus program that does LVN-BSN, but the ISU program is specifically for that track. I'm still confused on a lot of the admission process, but I'm meeting with a representative for The College Network which is affiliated with ISU on Friday and that should answer a lot o my questions. You can find out this info by looking at the websites of the schools in SoCal that offer nursing programs. Go to the website of the BRN, to see the list of approved schools, http://www.rn.ca.gov/schools/programs.shtml

Please be aware that you can do the ISU program without paying one red cent to The College Network.

^ I am, thank you for the heads up though :) I've been doing my homework on here and I'm just meeting with the consultant to get the list of classes etc. and then it's off to ebay to find the materials!

I just tried that url and although that is what is in the window, it doesn't take you directly to the page. Go here: http://www.indstate.edu/nursing/programs/bs/lpn-bs/lpn-bs.htm When you get to that page go to the little blue box on the right of the page and click "plan of study".

I was looking into ISU but decided against it because there are no contracts with clinical sites set up in my area and I didn't like how my inquiries were directed to The College Network.

Caliotter same here. I decided just to do the traditional route at either CC or La county school of nursing.
