Questions about istudysmart.com

Has anyone purchased the istudysmart.com study guides for excelsior? If so, do you think that it has helped you pass the Nursing Concepts Exams? They are expensive so I was wondering if it was worth it to buy.

i have been trying to do my own survay on what is the best way to study and istudysmart has not come up very often, I have seen chancellors, rue and I have seen some cd's made by former students on ebay, I just purchased one from ebay my self today. I tryed to figure out the best way to study and by reading this web site I am confused and not many nurses willing to answer how they studied for their exams, I hope you can get more answers than me, good luck ps I have Chancellors nc1 will take the test within a month

You have a very good point. Can anyone tell us what is the best material out there to buy in order to pass the nursing concepts is? Someone who has taken a couple of the tests already. I would really appreciate it.

The for-profit study guides no matter the company are rip-offs. #1 You don't learn what you need to learn in order to efficiently function as an RN. You memorize only what you need to pass the test. I learned everything from scratch and when someone asks me a question I have an answer and the info or theory behind my answer. #2 You can get everything you need to pass the test for free from Excelsior. Download and print their study guides. Purchase the book from http://www.half.com, you don't have to get the most recent edition. A book several years old will have the exact same information.
