question for suzanne

Hello,

I wasn't sure if it was better to pm you but then again, this way other people can get some info if needed on the same subject....

Anyhow......I was gonna ask your opinion about my plan for studiyng, even though I realize it might be little difficult for you to advise on something like that since you don't know all the circumstances.....

As a foreign trained nurse and someone who graduated long time ago (1994 to be specific), I decided to take 6 months and even a year before I schedule for my nclex-rn. I'm taking test for NY and they told me that my application is active for 5 years(I have been approved to sit for exam) and once I schedule the exam, I have to take it in 45 days.....soooo, since I don't really feel prepared, I decided to actually review my Sounders book at some slower pace at first (I'm mother of two!!!) and then when I start scoring more on various q tests (right now I score in the 50%-ish),then I would pick up on some more studying hours a day, schedule exam, take your plan etc......

I really want to be prepared for this test as much as possible, I don't mind overstudying (even though I personally don't think that there is such thing).

So please suzanne, any time you get around my question, please post your opinion on all this. I am sure you have some expirience in similar situations and I will appreciate any input, advice,.....

Also, anybody in a similar situation please share your experience......

Thank you so much in advance
