Question after registering on Pearson Vue...

Published

I just registered on the Pearson Vue website to schedule my NCLEX RN examination. Paid the fees for the RN exam, logged out and decided to sign in again to see if I could schedule my exam date.

3 questions here:

--> I can't seem to schedule my exam. When I look on the "current activity" tab, there is no option there that says that I can schedule my exam.

--> Should I wait for the authorization to test to arrive first before I schedule an exam date?

--> How long does it take for the ATT (Authorization to test to arrive)?

Thanks in advance guys!

please help me clarify on this i did my nclex monday feb 6th and paid the $7 fee to get results in 48 hours and results said i failed so now after getting thoses results i wanted to just go to the BON website and reapply again and then reregister with pearson vue but regarding what i have just read on this post does it mean i cant just reapply to the BON website and pearsonvue to reregister before getting that letter in the mail officially telling me that i have failed and what main parts i need to focus on or i can just go ahead and reapply while i wait for that letter in the mail.....i am so confused i just want to do all this and get it out the way as i study and just reschedule my test as soon as i can get a slot.....thanks
Your Bon should send you a report of how u failed. With it is usually a retake form to fill up together with $30 fee. Submit all that to them. They will then notify you of when u are again eligible to take a retest( depends how many times you fail some BON may asked you to have a course of some sort)once you are eligible to test you will need to contact Pearson vue and pay $200 for registration and I think another $200 for the test. I might be wrong but this is the procedure. Now to make it more accurate I will adviced you to contact your BON to have a peace of mind Good luck mate
