question about promotion does it cause drama?

Nurses LPN/LVN

Published

Hi everyone this is my my first time posting here, and actually my first time visiting the LPN/LVN corner glad I found it :) OK so heres my dilema...

I am a new PN graduate and just took my boards on Thursday ( cut off at 85 so I have my fingers crossed :uhoh21: ) I have been a CNA at a LTC facility for about 7 months now. I have been offered a job there as a LPN, when I pass, but am unsure of the flack I would get from the other CNA's I would now have to supervise. I mean at the LTC I work in everyone knows there job and does it no one standing over your shoulder, but all the same I was once one of THEM now I'll be one of THOSE.... :rotfl:

I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this before, even though I know promotions happen all over the place everyday. Just dont wanna start out on the wrong foot. Any imput would be helpful in my decision making !

THANKS AGAIN! :balloons:
