Wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question:

If I needed to reschedule my exam appt & did so in >24hrs before my original date/time, would I still be charged the $$ fee for changing the exam date/time? I know if I did it in

You don't have to pay if you rescheduled 24+ hours before the actual time of your test (i.e. original test 9:00 am Saturday = rescheduled by 8:59 am Friday = no reschedule fee).

Good Evening! I would like to ask for an advise. I am having a problem with my registration here on pearsonvue. I registered but have a problem with my name, the box for the fist name is not enough to contain all the letters on my first name...So I need to call someone to correct the spelling (or rather, add the missing letters..)

Who should I call? They said to call the number on the eligibility packet but when I called, the call was directed to the US and not in Australia. Should i register on the telephone instead? i can't wait to get this over and done with. I wnat to have accurate information on my registration to avoid any problems with the name on my ATT and identification. I ahven't made any paymet yet because of this Name problem.
