Question about licensing in California

I am currently licensed in Arizona which is a compact state. I have a possible job opportunity but have to become licensed in California. I know that California is picky and I took and online Microbiology course but it DID have a lab. Currently it still describes in the course description as having a lab. Will California accept this class? It was taken at Rio Salado if that helps. Thank you for any guidance someone can offer.

I also took my Microbiology at Rio Salado many years ago, along with A&P I and A&P II. I had no problems getting a California license.
