i am really weak in leadership and management topic. how is nclex ask on this topic means so many questions or less. also i read that if you are weak in one topic computer again ask more questions on same toipc. ple guide me

I would suggest that you do some review in this area in the time you have to prepare, but I would not spend too much time with this. Delegation is important. Look at the Linda LaCharity book on prioritization for help.

I didn't get any L&M questions. However, I think it is most important to know the scope of practice of an RN, LVN, and NA.
