Hi there! I went to the ED on Tuesday d/t some adb pain (thought it was my appendix, had went the previous Saturday, increasing pain)- anyway, they of course started an IV, and when I went home, I noticed my vein was hard as a rock! Well, it still is! Any ideas on what this could be? I'm graduating soon from my LPN program and we really didnt learn about IV's so any help is appriciated!! Thanks!!
