Queens University ABSN Program

Since there are not many recent posts about Queens' Accelerated BSN program, are there any current students or grads who can give their perspective?

I am applying for Summer 2016 and would love to hear what people think!

Otherwise, is anyone else applying for next year as well?

I graduated from the ABSN program at Queens. The program had a fair share of problems (I don't know if any better or worse than other nursing programs); but it accomplished what I needed, which was graduating with my BSN and passing NCLEX.

Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'd be happy to answer them :)

Does Queens accept any recommendation letters for the ABSN program?

I am kind of confused about their application process. I graduate in May of 2018. Does that mean I can not apply for the summer admission for 2018 and would have to wait for 2019?

As long as you graduate before the semester starts in May you can definitely apply for 2018. But I would hurry their deadline is Feb. 1st I think.
