Never heard of it, but never say never (but you passed). I got the same pop up a little bit ago (literally, like an hour ago).

As for how long officially, it depends on your state.

I have heard of many as soon as the next day, and some as long as 2 weeks.

Texas is supposed to be pretty quick, so I am hoping by Thursday I will see a number by my name. A guy at work tested 2 weeks ago @ 11 AM on a Monday and he was licensed on the TxBON Tuesday evening.

i'm from ny and haven't heard from anyone here about how long it takes...gonna find out tho. but the main thing is WE PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! no more worries!!!!

That is a hard question to answer. What is difficult for one could be easy for another.

okay, so after two days of getting the good pop-up and waiting, i was a big enough sucker to pay the fee...and after everything i finally saw my results in black and white...i passed!! what a sucker i am!!! but at least i know for sure and can safely say i'm a nurse. for those of you who can't wait and need further confirmation go ahead and do it. but if you feel confident in yourself and with the pvt stay cool and hang on to your cash. it works and know you passed if you get the good pop-up.

I checked the BON and my name now shows up as an RN, so no need for me to pay for the results (plus I had faith in the PVT).

How was the exam? Was it difficult?

the test was strange. very hard to describe. nursing process, psych, some labs, pharmacology and about 1/3 of the test was sata ?s and 8 order of process. i found the wording weird and misleading and some were hard to tell what they were asking for. my computer shut down @ 85 questions. i was both relieved and sick at the same time. i took it with 2 other buddies from school and they felt the same way. much to our surprise we all passed! I used, exam crams, kaplan, and saunders book and cd. hope this helps.
