I am applying to PVAMU in the spring of 2015. I wanted to start a thread and see who else may be applying.

Hi guys. I'm new to the forum. This is my second time applying for PVCON. I didn't get accepted last semester on account of something I had no control over, so I'm hoping to get in for the spring semester. Good luck to you all!!

I started off at PV, went there for a year and a half, then transferred to Lonestar after I had my son. I didn't get accepted because Lonestar continued to send the CON transcripts that were stamped "issued to student", which made them unofficial. It's a bit of confusing story, but Mrs. A clarified that that was the ONLY reason I didn't get accepted. ? I wasn't core complete, and my Hesi scores weren't the absolute best. So everyone has a chance of getting accepted. But now I am core complete so I'm hoping that makes my chances even greater.

This may sound like a dumb question, but does anybody know if PV will inform acceptance/denial in any other way other than regular mail? like our personal e-mail or the Panther track e-mail?

They won't. Just through standard mailing.

From reading previous threads, I think they only use the regular mail for the generic BSN.
