Hi, I’m a fairly new grad. I had a job at a nursing home for 3 months before I was let go at the end of orientation. So I leave that off my resume but when I have an interview I do tell them about my 3 months experience and that it wasn’t a good fit. So is this hurting or helping me in my job hunt? Looking for advice

Yes and No. It depends, if I may ask what was the reason you were let go? 3 months is still a good amount of time of experience. Make sure to be honest because the potential new employee might call previous employee for reference.

I would use it. Poor fit but you learned a lot, including how you will grow. Good luck.
