Psych nursing care plans (help!!)

Hi everyone, I'm new here, but this looks like an awesome site!

Any ideas on psych care plans? (web sites that would be helpful, etc.) My client is an adolescent with a history of molesting other children. He does not have a history of this being done to him. Most everything I am finding revolves around the victim and not the molester. (SP??)

Any help would be very appreciated, and I'll check in often to see if there might be something that I might be able to help someone with.

Hmmm...the first thing that came to my mind was possibly a diagnosis of ineffective coping. It would be pretty general but interventions could potentially be focused on identifying factors that trigger the behavior and avoiding such triggers.
