In case anybody is intrested in a new thread for the August 27th class....here I am!
I got my confirmation via email within 48 hours of sending in my information. If you have not heard, I would call first thing tomorrow morning. With all of the hitches and glitches so far this fall, I wouldn't risk waiting any longer. Better to be told they missed notifying you than to be told you have to retake the class.
I did not send in my information yet for the final but will do this soon. I didn't want the two going in at the same time in case they messed up.
Michelemybell you mentioned library. As in your public library?

Yes the free public library charges $25 for it.
I finished the module 5 assignment today. After mod. 1 & 2 grades I have an 86%. I'm happy with that grade.
After the first 3 I am doing okay. Don't know the % because that would require doing math and I just don't have it in me
I missed 3 on the first test, 1 on the second (a true or false question of all things) and 1 on the third. The midterm will undo all of that I'm sure.

Re Mid term Exam... look back through the old posts on Stats. There is some very helpful advice. Be organized, make sure you save your assignments and how you worked out problems to use as reference during the exam. Know where you are going to find info so you can locate it easily. ( I used a lot of post it notes). I didn't think the mid term was awful, but I used every minute of the time they gave.

That's my plan. I'm taking a day off next week just to study, organize, and tab all of my information. I even wrote out the meaning of all of those darn symbols in the problems. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed this week between taking two classes and work. I just want to be done! I still have a lot of classes to take but it's better than the 21 I originally thought I'd have to do.

I, too, don't have the ability to figure out my grade...don't have the desire to either :-( I'm finished mod 5. Trying to start 6 to start ahead. I hope I can flip thru my assignment work fast enough to complete the exam!
