provisional license

Alright, I graduated college and the nursing program. Everyone said to start looking for a job...so I did! I found one and Im just waiting on my provisional license. The instructor said 2 weeks, a different instructor said 4-5 weeks, and someone else just told me middle of this month. Does anyone know for sure....or can you tell me how long it took to get your provisional license before starting work for the second 120 hours? thanks:redpinkhe

I took my final on the second and had my provisional license number on the third.

Really? Wow, ur school must have really been on it. I have to wait...well, to who knows when until my instructor sends our info to KBN. All were waiting on is a certified letter.....Im so aggravated. I am ready to start this new chapture in my life :)

I took my final on the 4th and received my provisional license/ATT for NCLEX today :)

Do you have to register with pearson vue in order to get your provisional license, or is that just to get your ATT?

Just for your ATT, I would think. When KBN received verification of my degree, I was issued a provisional license from KBN. Then Pearson Vue sent my ATT via email.
