What scares you about "nursing in Canada, the shifts especially"? 12 hour shifts are more common now in many hospitals than 8's.
It's hard to recommend one province over another to someone who has no knowledge of Canada except as a potential meal ticket. The provinces that have good climates are already saturated with IENs and the provinces with nice scenery aren't hiring either. The Distinct Society is hiring but you have to speak their language. What are you looking for in a place to live and work?
