Hai nurse i want to know about the time taken to start up working as nurse after passing nclex?

hai i have questions to ask 1, iam holding a Bsc nursing degree in india and want to work in abroad (preferably canada,ireland)so i decided to join a speciality programme which are offered by an institution only for 6 months,ie cardiac nursing, critical care nursing, oncology nursing, surgical care nursing and administration in nursing. so i want to know whether any of the above programme is usefull to obtain nusing speciality job in abroad (canada, ireland)?
