Providence TIP September 2023

Updated:   Published

Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Thanks. Hoping to hear back soon then. One of my top choices so fingers crossed

Did you ever receive a link to schedule an interview? I'm kind of in the same boat as you--I applied last week to Tarzana (I think on Saturday) and have yet to receive anything. I'm wondering if they've stopped replying to applicants due to their interview slots filling up.

Hi Everyone!

Hoping all are well ? I wanted to ask if by chance anyone knows or has access to some type of flyer that lists which units are open for the providence hospitals. I know it says multiple units but I want to see if they have L&D (Maternity) and critical care before I submit an application. I haven't been able to find this information anywhere, would greatly appreciate it if someone has and can share here. Thank you for reading my post!

Santa Monica location has 4 night shift openings for L&D. No critical care though. The Tarzana location had no L&D, nor critical care positions from what I remember.

Thanks so much for the prompt reply, I appreciate this insight! By chance, how did you come across this info, is this posted on a website somewhere?

I still never got an email for the interview. I was thinking the same thing but thought if they had too many applications then they would end up taking the posting down. Hoping the best for both of us!

I was going to apply to St.Jude but don't see the post anymore, do ya'll know if they can take the posting down if too many applicants apply?

Hi!

Once you submit an application and are scheduled for an interview you are sent a flyer with information on each department and how many openings they have. I applied to burbank, santa monica, and holy cross. They all had L&D and critical care openings but only about 1-4 openings for each hospital.

If you apply to Burbank could you give an update if they sent you their interview signups? Getting nervous haha
