I just wanted to start a thread so we can all keep each other updated regarding the application and interview process for the Providence TIP Residency program!

Did anyone receive an email from their recruiter after submitting the on demand interview?

Not yet. Did anyone apply to OR..??

I applied to the jan 2020 as well. how many questions were asked for the on-demand interview? and after it did people get any updates on an in-person interview?

Hi Leslie,

The video part of the process is 4-5 audio and video questions, plus 6-7 text responses. You get unlimited chances to record your intro/about me response. Then you get 2 chances to record the other questions they ask. They are super simple and standard questions (why did you become a nurse, why do you want to be in this program, tell me about your clinical experience, how do you deal with strict deadlines/stress). You get the questions before you have to actually record, so that way you can prep a little bit. It’s not bad! Good luck!

hi,

how long were your responses approx.?

13 questions, mix between multiple choice and video recordings. I got an email from Ruth Redfern confirming they’ve received my interview.

Yeah the panel interviews typically have a larger presence. Especially those who are interviewing for ICU and ED
