The video part of the process is 4-5 audio and video questions, plus 6-7 text responses. You get unlimited chances to record your intro/about me response. Then you get 2 chances to record the other questions they ask. They are super simple and standard questions (why did you become a nurse, why do you want to be in this program, tell me about your clinical experience, how do you deal with strict deadlines/stress). You get the questions before you have to actually record, so that way you can prep a little bit. It’s not bad! Good luck!
hi,
how long were your responses approx.?

i applied to critical care, tele, and oncology.
13 questions, mix between multiple choice and video recordings. I got an email from Ruth Redfern confirming they’ve received my interview.

Yeah the panel interviews typically have a larger presence. Especially those who are interviewing for ICU and ED
