Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!
Applications open up on July 3! Good luck to all of us (-:

My holy cross offer was $48.50 and tarzana offer was $51.50. Thats excluding night differential which the recruiter told me was $6 something for holy cross and $5 something for tarzana. She shared the range for tarzana is a bit diff bc the union/how they calculate experience and stuff but more or less all the offers should be around that number.

I accepted an offer from St. Joseph in Burbank, Night Shift! Base pay is $53.45/hr, night differential is +$5 (?), and weekend differential is +$3. They haven't said anything about a commitment, but I was told that residency is a year long! I think we'll find out more information about that and if we get a pay increase on the first day of orientation.

35 is criminally low for this coast! Even DaVita is paying more.

Update: there is no color code (@ least for my dept, MS).
