Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

anyone receive an offer from st jude or st joseph orange today? informal or formal? feeling really discouraged since its been a while 😞

Anyone who's accepted their offer, do yall have a breakdown of night shift differentials? # of years commitment via contract? if we get an increase in pay after finishing residency?

I accepted an offer at SJO. It's $45 starting, $6.50 night differential. There was no contract I had to sign for commitment, but the residency program is one year and then we get a raise as soon as that is over. They didn't say the amount, but I assume it's a decent amount just looking at the salary ranges for clin nurse II.

Hello all. I received a verbal offer from St John's SM today. My interview was 2.5 weeks ago. Anyone else?

Just got a call from Torrance offering me a position for the Float Pool. I honestly lost hope LOL
