Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Yes, I received a call the day before from the unit manager and did mention talent acquisition was behind!

hi everyone, I hope that all of your interviews went well. I was offered a job at Saint Joseph Orange and of course I'm thrilled, but the offer letter is listing less than the original job posting. I emailed HR about it, but they said that the starting range is way less than what I saw (in the $30's). Does anyone happen to have a screenshot of the original posting for the RN resident program at SJO? 

The title was, "RN Resident - Multiple Units *SJO Sep 2024* - 292744" if that helps anyone to search their camera roll

Can I ask what unit this is for? Friends of mine have been offered base pay $45 at SJO. This is a screen shot I took from SJO posting when it opened and it states $37.17 - $57.98.SJO.pdf

anyone get an offer from st jude or joseph orange recently? feeling discouraged because of no communication since the interview 😞 is it too late at this point to receive one

Don't loose hope! I received an offer today from SJO orthopedic. The unit manager called me but I declined it. There is also ppl who have received more than 1 offer and need to decline.
