Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Published

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

Would this already relate to the structured behavioral based interview?

Yes, because the behavior they are looking for should match/include the mission and values statements.

For example, Providence cares about patient centered care, dignity, compassion. So your behavior scenario should be an example of how you prioritize dignity and compassion in your interactions.

Just curious if the email came from the recruiter or providence?

The recruiter . I've only received an email saying I've been selected and they are working on the offer . My app still says under consideration .

I think I hit all the areas I only had once scenario based question and even told them how I work with an affiliation that has similar values as Providence but I knew this one would be super competitive they did inform me they only had 4 spots available 2 in each unit 😕 I guess I'll have to keep trying

I think the internal applicants have the benefit of having rapport and relationships with management that's hard to overshadow in 30 minute interviews. Limited spot units tend to play or safe in investing training in a person who is tried and known to be loyal. In the interview, a goal is to make them believe you will be there for 20 years too.

I am internal and I didn't get any special treatment 😞

Hi guys!
I received an offer for telemetry - sepsis around 2:45pm today. I honestly gave up bc it was over 2 weeks since the interview.
It is my second time applying and I am internal but I worked outpatient care so I never had the chance to meet or work with the nurses on the floor. I really suggest applying for any providence job whether inpatient or outpatient to get internal access.

Yup st. Jude

Has anyone who has interviewed with St. Jude (SJMC) and has NOT received an offer still have an applications status of "under consideration"? Or has anyone received a rejected letter yet?
