Hello, just starting a forum for Providence RN Residency Program - August 2025 Cohort, I currently work at a Providence hospital and got the email saying that internal applications opened 5/30 and external opens 6/6. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you

I didn't apply until this Monday around noon

Did it give you a unit to select to interview with?

what type of work experience do you have? also did you write a cover letter? and have RN license?

Did u have clinicals there? I'm trying to see if they prefer applicants who have had clinicals at the exact hospital they are applying to
