You can try US news but the rankings aren't fully objective.

You could look at the accreditation reports from ACEN (http://www.acenursing.org) and CCNE which accredits BSN, graduate and nurse residency programs http://www.aacn.nche.edu/ccne-accreditation

Go to what state you wish and they rank the NCLEX results by school....but one place to rank programs...not really
