I was in my states monitoring program for 3 years. I can't speak for anyone else but for me, yes it was 100% worth it for several reasons.
1. I love being a nurse, I love my job. I can't imagine doing anything else.
2. I'm not trained to d...

December 2021? I just sent my caseworker an email and ask what I needed to complete the program. I needed a letter from my employer, my sponser and myself. I emailed those back to her. If you don't reach out I'm sure they will just let you stay in ...
So I'm coming towards the end of my 3 year run in INPRP. My RMA is up in February. My question is what is required to end this madness? Letters? Another assessment from psych? I don't want to email my caseworker because I don't want him to think I'm ...

I'm sure they care but if it's not reported to the BON then they have no way of knowing. You'd be surprised how many nurses get fired for failing a drug test or suspension of diversion and their employer does not report it.

I was super nervous about this in the beginning but after awhile I found myself using it frequently. With everything that's going on I use it alot. I haven't had any issues. I do, however, hold my breath when I use it until it's dry. ?
I was called into work on my day off, I was confronted about the diversion. Honestly I was so embarrassed and ashamed I just admitted to everything. The police came and took a report, then I went home. A week later a detective called me and I wen...
I went through this 2 1/2 years ago. Everyone told me to get a lawyer also. I didn't have a job, an only child of blue collar parents and my grandparents have all passed. I contacted a lawyer here in Indiana. $4,600. I LITERALLY did not have the mon...
